Went there because I promised my friend I would before she passed. It's worth every penny! The upper patio was beautiful, the food was great, and the service was awesome. Can't wait to go for a concert!
First visit to Hampton Beach and wanted lunch with a view. All of the employees were very nice. I got seated on the balcony overlooking the beach. I ordered the Mahi Tacos with French fries and mixed veggies. All of it tasted amazing. Very satisfied. I only ate about half. Plenty leftover for later.
A good place to enjoyed the food and drinks with family and friends. The view is good and the live music is amazing.
Bernies Beach Bar is a beautiful location right off the beach as in its name but this is no normal bar thier lobster rolls are fresh and the music even fresher host traveling acts from all over and one the reason I was even there Sophistafunk opening up for GZA and Phunky Nomads. Such friendly staff the venue was amazing when it came to helping the band load and unload took care of us during the show and was just a pleasure to work with. Definitely hope to go back soon.
Fun and lively joint just off the beach. Top floor offers drinks at the bar or food served under umbrella’s. On special night’s, they have a band on a raised stage and a wooden floor for dancing. The band plays till 11 and the bar shuts down at 1 a.m.. my Margarita w/ salted rim was good. Kinda pricy at 17. Monday is ‘buck a shuck.’ Oysters at 1 per oyster, 12 minimum. Kinda inexpensive. They were exo. Our server, a good guy was from Romania.
I love coming here when I am at the beach. The music and atmosphere are always amazing. The food is good and the staff are helpful and nice. Each time I've gone there has been a decent crowd so moving room is limited. If you like sweet drinks you have to try the dirty banana!
Fantastic place! Food was great. The Lobster Roll with its sauce and greens was incredibly fresh-tasting and was literally overflowing with lobster. The Steamers were delicious—honestly, gorgeous—and served with tasty butter. The Fried Calamari Basket was excellent. The fries and sauce were decent, but what shone was the calamari. I’ve eaten a ton of calamari over the years, and this is perhaps the best I’ve ever had. The cocktails are good, creative, and complex. The lack of effort when it comes to presentation (plastic cups, cheap napkins, no rims on cocktails) is noteworthy, yet does not take away from the experience. While expensive, this restaurant is very well-rounded and makes for a wonderful visit. The atmosphere is very fun, and the artist playing tonight, Will Evans, was incredible, talented, and highly creative. The light and sound work aiding the artist was commendable as well (literally lol). Finally, our server Ethan had a great vibe to him and provided a service that left absolutely nothing to be desired. I really enjoyed his service and left having really liked him (what he showed us). Thanks to Bernie’s for a great night!
